One lucky car receives blank ticket among row of vehicles fined

It is not surprising that all the cars parked illegally at Fajar Road this evening were given fines. However, one lucky car managed to escape punishment as it was issued a blank ticket, STOMPer iamurgod says.

Puzzled by this, the sender says:

"My father was given a fine for parking at Fajar Road this evening.

"All the cars in that row were summoned except one".

U will received the ticket in mail from 7 days ! Just like those petrol police car "happy finger" writes car plate numbers along geylang road , no need come down from car one, just drive pass and write numbers and then go back office email to TP dept to take action. U will received letter from TP 7 days later and yet to have any clue if u were there ! $70 , just pay ! AXS machine

It surprised me, the summmon got signature. How come the blank one got no signature? If the thermal paper was affected by sun light, the signature still there. The warden surely must verified before endorsing the summon.

The warden...maybe..is the friend of the car.. close one eye.

BUT OVERALL I THINK IT IS A PRANK BY STOMPER.
MISSING STANDARD PRINT, THE SIGNATURE & NAME ON THE BLANK SUMMON

Dun be happy. they can charge you for blanko the ticket.
The ticket issuer dun make mistake one. They're always perfect, u know wat I mean.
