Driver parks in sheltered walkway -- when it's not even raining

STOMPer azleen spotted this car parked in a sheltered walkway at Yishun Ring Road, obstructing the way of pedestrians. The STOMPer noted that there were parking lots available nearby, and that it wasn't raining at that time.

Said the STOMPer:

"This driver happily parked his car while waiting to pick up someone, when there're parking lots available and not raining.

"This happened near my place at Yishun Ring Road at about 9pm.

"Very dumb driver."

It is well known that Yishun Ring Road at 9pm is as busy as Orchard Road on a Sunday afternoon right before Christmas so it must have caused quite a commotion due to the large crowd of pedestrians that were obstructed and spilled over on the nearby road as can be clearly seen on the photo.
