Malaysian car occupies two lots at East Coast food centre

STOMPer eatseafood came across this Malaysian-registered car at the East Coast food centre, occupying two lots and wonders if the driver should contribute to road tax here.

In an email to STOMP, the STOMPer wrote:

“After I parked my car and was walking to go eat at East Coast seafood center, I came across this car that was occupying two lots.

“Normally we 'eat' into the other lot by a little and that's still acceptable.

“But this guy just parked right smack in the middle of two lots during the peak hours.

“Now we know why there always no lots.”

No legislation to disallow tinted windows of foreign vehicles... Remember to open all windows during Immigration clearance.

Since you got a photo of it,send it to relevant authority (eg Nparks,URA....)

I'm sure something will be done.

What is tinted got to do? Malaysia only allows 45% tinted and Singapore is up to 70-90% tinted which is common sight on the road. Agree that the MPV driver is in fault.

Why does the Immigration still let some of the foreign car in when all their windows are tinted very dark.
