Modified brake light on car blinds other drivers

STOMPer ES thinks that this car’s modified third brake light can blind other drivers.

The STOMPer said:

“Is this allowed by LTA or Traffic Police?

“There is a light fitting located at the top back of this car and it shines right at the car behind.

“This is blinding to the other drivers”
