Inconsiderate parking in heavy downpour leaves this car's wheel clamped

Although it was raining heavily and there was a large 'no parking or waiting' sign at the foyer of this Jurong East condominium, the owner of this white car did not care.

The car was left there with its hazard lights flashing, inconveniencing residents of the block who wanted to alight without getting wet.

Appalled by such inconsiderate behaviour, STOMPer Ramu says:

"It was raining heavily this afternoon and yet we have inconsiderate drivers who just don't think of others!

"The driver left his car parked with the hazard lights on at the foyer to the lift lobby of this condominium block.

"The car's wheel was just clamped a few minutes after this picture was taken."
