STOMPer Just Follow Law spotted a driver of a P-Plate van hogging the first lane on a road, even though the rest of the lanes were unoccupied.
The STOMPer said in an email:
"The driver of this P-Plate van feigned ignorance and simply flouted the traffic rules.
"The driver hogged the first lane of the road when the rest of the lanes were not occupied.
"The occurrence of vans or lorries hogging the first lane of roads has been witnessed quite frequently but the traffic police does not do anything to enforce the law on these ignorant drivers.

The pics and the daily occurances of these drivers proves that TPs are not doing their jobs properly.
Yes, there are still drugs being peddled in sg illegally, but at least CNB had done their jobs in supressing this, which is why they are not peddled or sold openly in hypermarts or 7-11s.
For speeding commercial vehicles, our TP is unable to control them at all. If strictly consider 71km/h and above means speeding, or if these drivers drive at 70km/h and below on middle and lane 1, it's road hogging. So when is TP going to act?
Hope someone should question this - how much gov revenue is lost due to TP's failure to book these drivers.
actions.
It's always the lame excuse they're working with the stake holders blah blah blah ... The stake holders would definitely want to go at higher speeds, so isn't that practicing double standards.
If these commercial vehicles are permitted to travel 10-20km/h above their speed limits, does it mean that cars are also allowed to travel at 110km/h on expressways?
