STOMPer desm_104 noticed that this Certis Cisco van had been parked illegally at a rubbish collection centre. The STOMPer then apparently saw two Certis officers having breakfast at a nearby coffee shop too.

The STOMPer said via email:

"While on my way to buy breakfast this morning at about 6.30 am, I saw this Certis van parked at the rubbish collection centre near Block 276, Jurong West Street 25.

"While at the coffeeshop, I was so surprised to see two uniformed Certis officers enjoying their breakfast.

"Are they allowed to have their meals in public while in uniform?

"Are these officers justified to park their vehicle illegally just to have breakfast while there's a multi-storey carpark above the coffeeshop?

"This creates a bad image for Certis."

Certis Cisco is a flop, government open for people cannot find job outside, those cannot find job then all go join cisco. Majorities are who, u all can see

Certis Cisco is a not a full private company. They are half owned by the goverment.
