STOMPer Ailem is appalled that there are unregistered motorbikes and huge container trucks parked along this Toh Guan Road causing obstruction to other vehicles.
In an email to STOMP today (Mar 15), the STOMPer says:
“Can the authorities please look into this matter before a serious accident occurs?
“Our taxi driver took about 8-10 minutes to get out of this road (Toh Guan Road East) as it is filled with many vehicles and containers without the prime movers.
"This road is filled with many unregistered new motorbikes.
“To add to this messy area, some containers are parked at the side without the prime movers making the road much narrower.
“If no one gives way, the scene will be ugly.
“We have incurred higher taxi cost because of these inconsiderate companies parking their vehicles less than 1 metre from the middle line divider.”
