STOMPer juayboy79 spotted this motorbike parked at a pedestrian crossing and pathway. The STOMPer wonders how the owner got the money to pay for his bike but not for parking.

The STOMPer said:

"The owner of this motorcycle is one inconsiderate fellow.

"He parked his bike at a pedestrian crossing and pathway, blocking and inconveniencing the pedestrians along Dunearn road and Chancery lane.

"How is it that the owner has the money to buy his bike but not to pay for parking?"

nice bike! anyway he park there because he wants to cross the road mah.. nothing is wrong wat. Very convenient.
