Illegally parked bikes are a common sight at the neighbourhood estate of Jurong West but nothing seems to be done to punish offenders, says STOMPer Joe.
On Sunday morning alone, Joe spotted three different bikes parked at void decks illegally.
In an email, he says:
"On the morning of 14th March (Sun) at around 10.50am, I spotted :
1) Bike number FBA5462M parked illegally behind Blk 836 Jurong West St81.
2) Bike number FBD3543K parked illegally under Blk 948 Jurong West St91 yet again.
3) Bike number FT1570M parked illegally behind between Blk 836-837 Jurong West St81
"There are also tons of motorcycles parked illegally on the pavement next to the the Nanyang Community Centre.
"May I know how is Hong Kah Town Council is conducting its 'regular enforcement'?
"Is this enforcement only active on weekdays?"
