In response to STOMPer AllMighty's feedback about contractors parking their motorcycles illegally at HDB flats, West Coast Town Council has advised the contractor that this act is an offence and will continue monitoring the situation.

In a response dated March 9, West Coast TC said:

"West Coast Town Council would like to thank STOMPer, AllMighty for his feedback.  

"Regular enforcement action by our staff is ongoing. In our enforcement round on 5 March 2010, which included the vicinity of Block 623 Jurong West Street 61, a total of 3 offence notices were issued. However, we did not spot the motorcycles mentioned.

"Nevertheless, we have advised the contractor of the construction worksite that parking of motorcycles at common areas is an offence, and offenders are liable to a fine. We will continue to monitor the situation.
