This driver was sighted in Bedok north by STOMPer foomanchu, who parked in a handicap lot even though there were many other lots available.

Said the STOMPer:

"Although there were available parking space, this driver parked his car in a handicap lot as it was nearest to the OCBC bank where he was seen walking into.

"Hopefully he withdraws enough money to pay the fine that will go to him for parking like this."

If the driver is handicapped then he wont b able to drive at all.. N if e driver is handicapped bt yet still able to drive, he must hav e authorised handicapped sticker pasted on e vehicle.. Same goes for vehicles transporting handicapped individuals..

Do help the disabled drivers by reporting abusers of handicap parking to the relevant authorities:

1800-272-1409 HDB Parking Enforcement Unit
1800-547-1923 URA Parking Enforcement Unit

Do not be afraid of reporting. The enforcement units are more than happy to take your call. They have officers on call to take immediate actions once they received your call. Most of the time they will arrive at the scene (you do not need to be present) with 5 minutes. It's their job to issue summons and they are efficient at that.

Copy the numbers to your handphone now, and remember to call.
