Contractors park motorcycles illegally at HDB flat

STOMPer AllMighty spotted these motorcycles being parked illegally at a HDB flat. Apparently, they belong to the contractors who have been involved in constructing a walkway nearby.
The STOMPer said:
"I noticed that the West Coast Town Council is erecting a sheltered walkway connecting HDB blocks but I also noticed another thing.
"The contractor's Malaysian motorcycles have been parked illegally under Blk 623, Jurong West Street 61 since the start of the project.
"I presume that the riders are also making illegal rides up and into the HDB blocks.
"Where are the enforcements officers? Do they carry out their so called enforcement only when there are complaints?
"Can the town council or HDB do something about this?"

You think enforcement are keen to fine 'foreign' vehicles? Who knows. Maybe part of the enforcement forces are PRs from Malaysia.
