STOMPer ah bin spotted this Mercedes and truck in an accident at the Lornie Road exit of the PIE, and says this type of accident always happens when impatient drivers try to cut lanes.

In an email to STOMP yesterday (Mar 1), the STOMPer said:

“This took place on Feb 28 at 5.45pm, but it is not the first time such an incident has happened.

“It is caused by impatient drivers trying to cut queue.”

They should just remove the chevron markings and extend the kerb out to narrow the lane..this always happens in merging lanes..

The truck shouldn't have knocked into the merc as you can see that there's a lot more space on its right... too bad, the truck is the one who hit the merc...

This is a merge lane = only 1 vehicle at a time. However it can surely accomodate 2 cars but not one big truck and a merz!! Goondoo merc ah pek trying to be funny!
