Biased parking attendant only fines drivers who park on double yellow line

STOMPer Jeremy was upset to find only the cars parked on the double yellow line fined, when other cars parked illegally in handicap and motorcycle lots were not fined.

Says this STOMPer:

"First of all, the carpark at Yishun Street 61 is always full, yet HDB is still issuing season parking tickets to drivers.

"Therefore, most of the time, season parking ticket holders like myself, are forced to park illegally because there are no more parking lots.

"However, the parking attendants are biased.

"How can they not fine cars parked in motorcycle lots and handicap lots and fine only cars parked on the double yellow line like my car?"

U r correct! they only summon vehicles parking at double yellow line..u dont believed u parked at loading day whole day they never summon if u parked at double yellow line and u r not in the car U SURE KENA SUMMON!

at night, alot of cars and lorrys parked illegally at this Yishun st 61 car park without a season paking ticket, also never kana summon, and those with a season ticket got no log to park their car, so, why should I pay for the season ticket?

Aumming both cars were there, then the warden is a smart and lazy worker. Car on double yellow easier to spot. 1 more summon quota hit, go home :)

if the parking warden stay rooted at your carpark whole day...then I think this so-called bias will not come up...unless u telling us the PW summon only u when the other vehicles are next to u..then u r justified lor...
