Got season parking pass so can anyhow park in unloading lot?

This driver parked in a loading/unloading lot and refused to move out saying he has the right to park there because he is a season parking pass holder, says STOMPer PL.

In an email to STOMP today (Dec 7), the STOMPer says:

“A van wanted to park at the loading and unloading lot but a private vehicle was blocking one of the lots, so the van driver gestured to the private vehicle driver that he wanted to park there.

“The private vehicle driver signalled ok and moved out, but the owner of this errant vehicle immediately parked into this lot.

“The driver of the van came out and informed this driver that these lots are for loading and unloading vehicles only until 5pm (Time that this happened was 2pm)

“This driver then said he was a season lot holder and so has the right to park there.

“What do relevant authorities have to say about this?"
