This driver does not know how to reverse park
STOMPer Kenneth Chua wonders if this driver knows how to reverse park or if he pays parking fees for 2 lots.
In an email to STOMP today (1 Dec), this STOMPer questions the parking ability and civic-mindedness of the owner of the car pictured above:
"Did he pass his reverse parking during the driving test?
"Or did he pay the parking fee for 2 lots? Your guess is as good as mine."

The driver purposely parked in this way so that no other cars could park near his car, thus avoiding being dented or scratched by the other cars. Some drivers and passengers are careless when opening their cars' doors.
