Lorry driver park so close to fire hydrant. What if there's a fire?

STOMPer SIVAKUMAR spotted this lorry parked really close to the fire hydrant at a carpark in Bukit Batok, and wonders what will happen if a fire breaks out and there's a need to use it.

Says this STOMPer:

"I saw this lorry parked so close to the fire hydrant at Bukit Batok area.

"When I took a closer look, I saw that the back of the lorry had already knocked the hydrant.

"But the lorry driver just ignored and left the parking area.

"In case there is any fire at that area, how to use this hydrant?"

That a good safety posting, SCDF should consider this prevention before sometime happens to civil. Or 2 more cement bar in front of fire hydrant like bus stop.
