Taxi driver leaves car parked at traffic light while buying food

An inconsiderate taxi driver left his vehicle parked at a traffic light in Upper Changi Road while he took his time buying food nearby, says STOMPer Robert A.
The sender, who spotted the taxi obstructing traffic flow, wonders why the driver behaved so inconsiderately.
Robert A says in an email:
"Saw a taxi parked at the traffic light at Upper Changi Road.
"The driver then went in to the Food Shop.
"Is this the way to park? At the traffic light?"
