Parking warden issues summons to offender but parks illegally himself

A parking warden parked his scooter in a car parking lot while issuing summons to a offender.

STOMPer Maxim says the warden is committing a few offences himself.

Maxim says:

"A parking warden from Certis Cisco parked his scooter in a car parking lot along Cheong Chin Nam Road.

"His engine is left running - see the headlights and tail-lights are on. Not environmentally-friendly, waste of money.

"Scooter parked in a car parking lot is an offence.

"How can an enforcement officer commit an offence?

"He has taken up one lot in this parking-lot-scarce area."
