well i guess this day, new car speedometer has automactic backlight, indicating you have on your headlight comparing to those in 80 and 90's car. driver tend to forget headlight since the reading of speedometer backlight is on.

joanna...you have the voice of a typical out and out 25...no lights means ppl forget to turn them on...simple as that...what you could have done is to go alongside and horn or gesture to remind the driver...it's easier and more effective than filming it and *****ing abt it...btw...headlights and "backlights" are turned on together...u might as well say no left back no right back no left front and no right front lights...they are tail lights by the way...

Few days back I came across a car with headlights off at night driving near Sembawang Shopping Centre, I high-beamed him a couple times and did a "blooming" action with my hand (hold your fingertips together and slowly spread out, like a flower blooming) to try to alert him to the fact that his lights were off when I drove pass him.. He probably misunderstood, and gave me his middle finger in return, after which he drove behind me and high beamed me a few times before he filtered and took a left turn towards Northpoint, with his headlights still off...
