Driver parks along narrow road and leaves engine running for 30 mins

This lorry driver had parked his vehicle inconsiderately along a narrow road and left the engine running for more than 30 minutes.

STOMPer anon says:

"This delivery guy parked his huge lorry at the narrow road junction along the white line.

"He left the engine running from 1pm to 1.35pm.

"He is so selfish, keeping the engine on to run the air-con so that he can come back to a cool cabin while spoiling the environment."

such driver wont understand noise and air pollution, if not he wont be a truck driver liao. Also,the truck belong to the company, he dun need to pay for the fuel and maintain the aircon when spoilt. Company shld monitor the driver instead.

What Stomper should do:
1) Ask driver politely if he is driving off. If answer is 'No', ask him to switch off engine.
Or 2) Write to NEA giving vehicle no, time and place.
