The driver of this car must also own this road
Tweet
Does the owner of this car own the road? That's what STOMPer Charles wondered when he saw the car parked in the small lane, obstructing others from driving through.
Although the lane leading to Upper Thomson Road is very narrow, the inconsiderate owner of the car left his vehicle parked without regard for any other motorists who might need to pass through.
In an email, STOMPer Charles says:
"Who owns the road?".

Traffic Police, Or, you could state very specifically, what type of photo angle you need for the picture evidence to be valid for your charge. Making use the the people's power is the best way to stop/minimise all these parking offenders. Just like any crime prevention scheme.

Don't say we only know how complain. Traffic Police, why not you set up a forum or whatever means for people to complain/report on car parking specifically, than to keep putting them up here? And you decide whether to put the offender on charge or not, depend on the evidence provided to you. Or, is there already one?
