Yet another reckless driver who doesn't bother to stop

STOMPer Lim was driving through NTU when this car swerved out of the side road and nearly caused a collision. Lim says:

"This is yet another reckless driver on the road.

"The driver obviously can't be bothered to stop before exiting to a main road.

"I applied an emergency break to avoid a collision."

when you are on the road, dun expect others to think and do the same like you. life wld be better if you know when to attack, when to defense while driving. driving wld be more enjoyable and safer.

Hmmm, I wonder how fast can a car go after crossing a hump? Unless stomper was driving a supercar? Well, I see light reflection on the road, confirm stomper highlight was on.
