Driver only removes car 40 minutes after announcement

STOMPer Chris spotted this car that was parked to close to another car, making exit difficult.

Chris said:

"The driver of this MPV not only parked illegally, but he/she did so right in front of another car, blocking its exit point altogether.

"This was at the Village in Serangoon Gardens, which offers FREE valet!

"Repeated PA announcements were made but the culprit did not turn up for over 40mins!"
