Man talks on phone while driving his BMW at Thomson Rd
STOMPer Riyaz saw this man talking on his handphone while driving on the road in a dangerous manner.
Said the STOMPer:
"I was traveling along Thomson Road near Thomson Medical Centre when I saw this gentleman talking on his handphone and driving his BMW X6 in a dangerous manner.
"I don't know why people don't understand the consequences of handphone driving...
"Can the traffic police summon these people on the road!"
