Driver parks at handicap lots without label

STOMPer O-Pah spotted this driver parking at a handicapped lot overnight.

The STOMPer said:

"No fine given because it's a 'champagne gold Mercedes Benz'?

"Overnight parking at a handicap parking lot and parked out of the designated box and there is no problem."

YES...the Mercedes are with yellow class 2 handicap logo So what...… just bcoz it's a Mercedes u can abuse the parking & ignore others Class 1 handicaps user.

HDB Rules:
Yellow- class 2 handicap label : means healthy driver allow max. temp parking for 1.0 hr(HDB rules)to fetch or drop off handicap passenger.
Blue- class 1 handicap label : Drove by handicap driver or assist by healthy driver, park 24hrs/365days with valid season CP. Laso U’re allow to park at any HDB/URA handicap lot for max. 1hr or any common lots with 1st hour FREE....

1) the diver might not be handicap but look at the brand of the car "MOST' are handicap, (the eye look highge , their head look higher , and will never notice the HANDICAP SIGN"

pls don't stomp here, either u may call up what ever dept to summon the owner... or xxxx the car to be Handicap which is a cost to you,,,

Need to have a close up of the front windscreen.
From far the square yellow look like the class 2 handicap logo.
& they can park in the handicap lots.
