Audacious biker parks right in front of 'No Parking' sign
STOMPer Jay spotted this motorcycle parked in front of a 'No Parking' sign at a HDB void deck.
Jay said:

When the cats are away...the mice will play...the Certis Cisco prefers not to see...most of these motorbikes owners are their own kind...so see no evil, catch no evil...nothing to catch means they are highly efficient in keeping the place clear of obstacles!
