Rider causes inconvenience to pedestrians by parking on West Coast walkway
STOMPer Amber spotted a bike that was parked in the middle of the walkway at West Coast Plaza.
Amber said:
"I was walking home from West Coast Plaza and saw this motorbike parked in the middle of the pathway."

They also ride on the pavement. So dangerous. I suggest you push it down and teach the owner a lesson.
