Selfish driver blocks access to stairs by parking in front of it

STOMPer Ray was irked by an inconsiderate driver whose vehicle blocked pedestrians' access up a flight of stairs in New Upper Changi Road.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This car was parked in front of the entrance of Block 60, at New Upper Changi Road.

"The selfish car owner has no consideration for others, blocking the entrance with his car."

Send the photo to HDB & TC, as the driver was not allowed to park there at all!

If the person have been parking there for hours then its that person's fault. If you just see it less than 5mins and the person only park for that few minutes to go up then you are nothing but retard.

Please provide more evidence to show it's the person fault.
