Biker and pillion rider speed past sisters in car, but they're both not wearing helmets

STOMPer Jun and her sister spotted a motorcyclist and his pillion rider who were both not wearing helmets as they sped past the car outside the Singapore Expo.

Said Jun:

"No helmet can meh?

"My sister and I were driving past the road outside Singapore Expo when we saw a motorcyclist and his pillion rider zoom past us.

"It was taken on July 13 (Friday) at around 6.15pm.

"It was peak hour traffic and we would think it is ridiculous and dangerous of them for not adhering to traffic rules and regulations.

"Were they not aware of the possible dire consequences?

"It may be a short-distance trip but such negligence should not be ignored.

"My sister's reaction to such a situation was to think 'maybe foreigners' but I believe be it local or foreigner, it is essential to abide by stringent traffic rules for the interest of the public and road users themselves."
