Driver parks illegally at Sentosa carpark and nearly knocks over flower pot
STOMPer Vernon spotted this car not only parked illegally at Sentosa's VIP carpark, but also parked so close to this flower pot that the car almost hit it.
Said the STOMPer:
"This driver parked illegally at Sentosa's VIP carpark as there were no parking spaces left, and almost hit this flower pot!
"I wonder how he was going to drive off."

Maybe the driver is a VIP. And exempted from any penalty. What didn't you check with the carpark management or the Rangers.
