Man washes car at walkway in front of shophouse at Telok Blangah

STOMPer Vader spotted a man who had parked his car at the common walkway in front of a shophouse at Telok Blangah Rise at 7pm today. The man proceeded to wash his car for an hour.

Said the STOMPer:

"Incredible!

"I spotted this guy at 7pm today, at Telok Blangah Rise.

"He parked his car in front of a shophouse, and washed the vehicle for about an hour."
