Drivers so scared of damaging their costly cars they park on walkway and crack kerb

STOMPer druss says these drivers have damaged the kerb with their habit of parking up on the pedestrian walkway.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I came across these selfish rich drivers parking illegally a couple of times.

"Instead of parking in their own yard (or maybe because they have too many cars), these rich drivers choose to park illegally along the walkway.

"This happens often enough that the kerb has been damaged as shown in one of the pics.

"I hope the LTA can take some action, this is both illegal parking and damage of public property."

They are being considerate by not blocking the road. The walkway still has space for you to walk.

@deadlift and beyondwithin. Staying in a private housing estate does not mean that you own the road and the pedestrian walkway outside. As the stomper mentioned, they have space within their own yard for parking, he's sharing the fact that they chose to park illegally on the pedestrian walkway. Not to mention that public property has been damaged as a result which equal to use of public funds for repair.

@beyondwithin
Correction.... The car is parking at pedestrian walkway so it is blocking for pedestrian.
Also, those piece of land is outside the boundary wall... Confirm and double confirm belong to public area and will be fined eventually.
