Drunk driving? Car mounts kerb and crashes into tree at Bishan

STOMPer Ytaff wonders if the driver of this car was drunk after he saw the car ram into a tree outside SMRT Bishan Depot.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"'Best' driver in the world.

"This guy siao one, I think he was drunk driving?

"At 9pm I saw the driver knock into a tree outside SMRT's Bishan Depot."
