'Idiot' driver at Rochor Centre can't park properly
STOMPer Angry spotted this car which was not parked properly at Rochor Centre.
Said the STOMPer:
"I spotted this idiotic driver who can't park properly in such a big lot at Block 1, Rochor Centre.
"How did he pass his driving test?"
