Car occupies two lots even though carpark has limited season parking

STOMPer Patrick spotted this car occupying two lots in a multi-storey carpark at Punggol Central where it is difficult to buy season parking tickets.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This BMW with car license plate SJZ4711A is occupying 2 lots in the multi-storey carpark at Punggol Central Block 301.

"It has always been very difficult to buy season parking tickets for this carpark and we have this person here occupying two parking lots.

"Shouldn't the driver be issued with a parking fine?"

-_- you see that it is white line? it means that it is not season parking and some more you are saying the obvious which carpark has unlimited parking lots?
