Driver who can't even park properly -- should retake his license
STOMPer purple spotted a car that was parked out of the slot.
The STOMPer says:

once in awhile when my bowels r climaxin, i also 'just park' and go off... most of the times these arent intentional.. relax and take a breather, e world will b whole lot better

Probably the driver needs to attend to some emergency case.. Who knows... Unless everyday the driver parks like that position..
