How is driver going to display parking coupons on 'headless' vehicle?
STOMPer headless caught sight of the back end of a trailer in a neighbourhood parking lot. The STOMPer wonders if this is allowed.
Said the STOMPer:
"Are 'headless' vehicles allowed to park here?
"I wonder if it is legal to park a cargo container in a neighbourhood parking lot.
"It's a rather funny to see a headless vehicle parked in a lot.
"I wonder if it's legal to park it here and how is the driver going to display the parking coupons?"
