Dog driving car? No, it's woman who lets pet sit on lap while driving
STOMPer Vintage0211 spotted a driver on the road, whose pet dog was resting on her lap and seemed as though it was driving the car.
The STOMPer wrote:
"Is it a dog or a woman driving the car?"

Report it to the police and see what they say.. This is really a retard driver and should be fined.. But than again, I have seen parents putting their child on their lap with no seat belts. Where are all the TP?? When you need them to enforce the law, cannot be found.. Really sad..

If stomper can get this picture, i don't see why our traffic police can't see this ? Oh, they are busy.. Nowadays, seldom see our TP on the road... Little wonder where are they, maybe still at HQ..
