Car occupies 2 parking lots in Orchard Rd
STOMPer ohgoshno spotted this car occupying two parking lots, depriving others of parking space at the packed open space carpark beside Wheelock Place.
Said the STOMPer:
"As everyone knows, the open space carpark beside Wheelock Place is always full of cars at any point in time.
"I was there at around 10am, thinking that there will still be some hope for a parking lot, but I was wrong.
"What was worse?
"SEEING AN INCONSIDERATE DRIVER.
"I am sure that with a driving license, you are licensed to park nicely into a parking lot.
"I hope the driver can see this post and will be more thoughtful the next time."
