Truck carries protruding metal beams without mandatory red warning banner

STOMPer Wenda was travelling behind a truck when she noticed its load of metal beams sticking out from the back.

The mandatory red warning banner seemed to be nowhere in sight.

The STOMPer wrote:

"The red warning cloth on the truck was so small."
