At this small alley along East Coast, driver parks like he owns the road

STOMPer Q spotted a car parked in an alley along East Coast Road beyond the boundaries of the parking lot, causing obstruction for other road-users.

The STOMPer writes:

"This person parks like he owns the road!

"Driver has very bad parking skills."
