Man brings pet dog out for a spin in car, letting it sit on his lap while he drives

STOMPer Makanexpert spotted a driver along Marine Parade Road, whose pet dog was resting on his lap and also poking its head out of the window.

Said the STOMPer:

"This morning I was driving along Marine Parade Road (in front of VJC) when I spotted a furry head sticking out of the driver's window.

"When I pulled alongside the Citroen, I saw the driver with a dog on his lap and its head sticking out of the passenger window.

"What's next? Driving with a baby or toddles on his lap?"
