STOMPer seriously is fed-up with this driver who parks his car in the motorcycle lots every weekend.

"Is this driver inconsiderate or plain ignorant?

"This driver uses the motorcycle lots at Choa Chu Kang Cresent every weekend without fail.

"The driver even puts parking coupons.
