Driver of JB-registered car parks in handicapped lot just to deposit money
STOMPer Lina was annoyed to see this car parked in the handicapped lot.
Said Lina:
"This car from Johor parked in the handicapped lot.
"He went to the bank to deposit money.
"I hope the carpark attendant will fine them."
