Bike at Jurong East not only illegally parked, but rear tyre's missing

STOMPer Dynn spotted a motorcycle that was not only illegally parked, but its rear tyre was also missing.

Said Dynn:

"Where is the tyre?

"I spotted this motorcycle at Jurong East without its rear tyre.

"It's also not parking at a designated parking lot.

"Please issue a summons to the motorcycle's owner."

I agree with johnashik , stomper give chance a bit lah !! do you know how hard it is to shift a bike with flat/no tire ? another scenario is that this bike is stolen and dumped there by the thieves .
