Twelve seconds -- that's all it takes for car to cut across 3 lanes on Nicoll Highway

A STOMPer saw a car which almost caused an accident on the Nicoll Highway on Apr 21. According to the STOMPer's in-car CCTV footage, the car had cut across three lanes to make a dash for the Kallang–Paya Lebar Expressway exit in just 12 seconds.

Said the STOMPer:

"Was at the Nicoll Highway last night, the traffic was smooth.

"This car suddenly cut across three lanes to get into the KPE, almost hitting the divider poles and causing the other car in the right lane to jam brake.

"The people in the car which had to jam brake must have had a heart attack!

"So dangerous to change lanes suddenly and cut in without considering the safety of the other road users."
