Car parks near mall's taxi stand, obstructing traffic for over 10 min
STOMPer Carina's sister saw a car parked outside the Tampines 1 mall, obstructing traffic for over 10 minutes.
Said Carina:
"My sister saw this outside the Tampines 1 mall near the taxi-stand.
"The blue car was parked there and blocked all traffic!
"The bus couldn't pass through and hence blocked traffic for more than 10 minutes.
"When my sister managed to get a cab and left, the bus was still stuck there.
"Very, very inconsiderate driver!"
