Spencer, who needs medical attention, went missing from Yishun

STOMPer Charlene is looking for her beloved dog Spencer who has fits and needs medical attention. Spencer is a mini pinscher with dark brown short fur and a clipped left ear. He is also blind in his right eye. He was last seen at block 439 Yishun Ave 11.

Charlene said:

"Spencer went missing on Tuesday (July 19) 8pm and was last seen in Blk 439 Yishun Ave 11.

"He is a mini pinscher with dark brown short fur and a clipped left ear.

"He is blind in his right eye and needs medical attention for his fits.

"He is being missed dearly!"
